In 1986, Rosemount Estates, Inc. and The Country Vintner, Inc. entered into a written distribution agreement ("the Agreement") which provided that Country Vintner would be the exclusive wholesale distributor of Rosemount wines in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In November, 1996, Rosemount gave Country Vintner written notice of Rosemount's intent to terminate the Agreement, claiming Country Vintner had breached the Agreement's provisions. In December...
