Randy Gean Ellis ("Ellis") appeals his sentence after conviction for failing to appear at sentencing, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3146(a)(1); assaulting a federal officer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)(1); and being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
