[¶ 1.] A mortgage upon the residence of Charles L. Sieff was foreclosed pursuant to SDCL chapter 21-49, known as the 180 Day Redemption Mortgage Act. Darcy D. VanGorp purchased the redemption rights of a junior lien holder, redeemed within the 180-day time limit, and received a sheriff's deed to the property.
