DIAZ, Justice, for the Court:

¶ 1. Willie James Holmes was indicted on the charges of conspiracy to commit murder and murder less than capital of Larry Donnell Simmons. He was convicted by a jury of both charges and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment for the charge of conspiracy to commit murder and sentenced to life imprisonment for the charge of murder less than capital.
