Intervenor plaintiffs (intervenors) appeal the trial court's order denying intervenors' motion to intervene in the above-captioned case. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the trial court's order.

Plaintiff filed its complaint against defendants on 21 December 1998, seeking compensatory and injunctive relief for violations of Chapter 75 of the North Carolina General Statutes. Approximately an hour later, the trial court filed a Consent Decree...
