Petitioner-Appellant Arthur Donnell Miller, Jr. ("Miller") appeals the district court's order denying his petition for habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Specifically, Miller challenges the district court's finding that he was not prejudiced by his attorney's ineffective assistance in advising him to plead guilty to a second-degree murder charge in Oklahoma state court without advising him of the proper elements of that offense....
