PER CURIAM.

Lamphone Vorgvongsa (Vorgvongsa or applicant) was originally tried before a Superior Court jury and convicted on a charge of first-degree murder. His motion for a new trial was granted, and the state petitioned this Court for certiorari to review that decision. This Court quashed the order granting a new trial and remanded the case to the Superior Court with directions to reinstate Vorgvongsa's conviction and to impose sentence. On remand...
