¶ 1 This appeal has been taken by Robert and Mary Ellen Poley, as co-administrators of the estate of their son, Michael Poley, who was fatally electrocuted on October 27, 1997, while working as a journeyman lineman in Maryland. We are constrained to vacate the order entered by the trial court and remand for further proceedings.
