The central issue in this case is whether an anonymous tip provided law enforcement officers with reasonable suspicion to believe that the defendants were engaged in criminal activity. Because we agree with the district court that the tip did not exhibit sufficient "indicia of reliability" to establish reasonable suspicion, we affirm the district court's order granting...
