Andrew Skola appeals from his conviction and sentence for second-degree theft in violation of Iowa Code sections 714.1(4) and 714.2(2) (1999) and possession with intent to deliver marijuana in violation of sections 124.401(1)(d) and 124.204(4)(m). He contends (1) the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress, because the search warrant was not supported by probable cause, and (2) he was denied his constitutional right to effective assistance...
