Plaintiff Kimball Ragnone was employed by defendants Belo Corp. and King Broadcasting Co., dba KGW-TV, as pilot of the news helicopter until his termination. Before the court is plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment (# 24) and defendants' motion for summary judgment (# 44).
