No. 25878-1-II.

29 P.3d 1285 (2001)

STATE of Washington, Respondent, v. Fontotaga F. TILI, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 2.

August 31, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Linda J. King (Court Appointed), Steilacoom, for Appellant.

Kathleen Proctor, Barbara Corey-Boulet, Pierce County Deputy Pros. Attys., for Respondent.
