DECUIR, Judge.

Defendant, Neiko Tremaine Gullette, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Defendant filed a motion to suppress evidence, which was denied. On the same date, the Defendant entered a guilty plea, pursuant to a plea agreement. He reserved his right to appeal the court's ruling on the motion to suppress, pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584
