WILLIS, Judge.

On appeal from his conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, in violation of Code § 18.2-266, Shannon Michael Breitbach contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress. Breitbach argues that because the arresting officer acted outside his territorial jurisdiction, the traffic stop was unlawful and the resulting evidence was inadmissible. We disagree and affirm the conviction.
