This matter is before us on an application for supervisory writs wherein the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, seeks review of the trial court's judgment denying its motion for summary judgment (MSJ) and its motion in limine. Relator argues that the court erred in not granting the MSJ because relator had no duty to disclose a fully pardoned prior criminal conviction...
