Ronald D. Stellman appeals his convictions of one count of attempted exploitation of a minor, nine counts of dealing in depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and one count of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. We affirm all convictions and the sentence and hold that the statute defining sexually explicit activity is constitutional and does not criminalize...
