Plaintiff Mars Musical Adventures ("MMA") sued Defendant Mars, Inc. ("Mars") for federal trademark infringement, federal and common law unfair competition, and violation of the Minnesota Deceptive Practices statute. Mars counterclaimed, alleging a violation of the Anti-Cybersquatting Act, arising from Plaintiff's use of the Internet domain name "mars-music.com." Mars now moves for summary judgment on MMA...
