("Mars") for federal trademark infringement, federal and common law unfair competition, and violation of the Minnesota Deceptive Practices statute. Mars counterclaimed, alleging a violation of the Anti-Cybersquatting Act, arising from Plaintiff's use of the Internet domain name "mars-music.com." Mars now moves for summary judgment on MMA...
