Dale G. Gernstein appeals from an order of the district court for Douglas County, filed on January 25, 2000, which sustained Arthur Allen's motion for new trial on a judgment obtained by Gernstein. Allen sought a new trial on the harassment protection order, which the court had granted Gernstein against Allen on December 2, 1999. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
