In this case we are asked to decide whether plaintiff Peter Kim may maintain a negligence action against Budget Rent A Car for injuries sustained by plaintiff after one of Budget's vehicles, with the keys left in its ignition, was stolen by a third party and used to commit a vehicular assault against plaintiff.
