The defendant, Natasha Morgan, pled guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine in violation of R.S. 40:967(C), reserving her right to appeal under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584, 588-590 (La. 1976). The trial judge sentenced the defendant to one year at hard labor, suspended, and placed the defendant on active probation for one year under the provisions of La.C.Cr.P. art. 893, with special conditions...
