Plaintiff Russell Corp. seeks a declaratory judgment that a patent for a fabric held by defendants Sara Lee Corp. and Saramar LLC (collectively "Sara Lee") is invalid, unenforceable, and not infringed by Russell, as well as a declaratory judgment that Russell did not misappropriate Sara Lee's trade secrets. Sara Lee contends that at the time Russell filed suit, the parties were engaged in licensing negotiations...
