The district court determined that a no-knock search warrant executed at respondent Janet K. Anhalt's residence was improperly issued because the warrant application lacked sufficient facts to justify an unannounced entry. The district court granted Anhalt's motion to suppress and dismissed appellant state's case against Anhalt, despite the fact that the officers knocked and announced before executing...
