Appellant-plaintiff Keith Foor appeals the trial court's judgment in favor of Appellee-defendant the Town of Hebron (the Town) regarding the decision to dismiss him as town marshall. Specifically, Foor contends that the Town failed to follow statutory procedures required in disciplining town marshalls.
