Defendant, Allen Lane Isgitt, along with four other defendants, was originally charged with four counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule I (marijuana), a violation of La.R.S. 40:966, and one count of possession with intent to distribute Schedule II (cocaine), a violation of La.R.S. 40:967, by bill of information signed on December 10, 1999. However, Defendant was arraigned on January 20, 2000, on one count of intent to distribute marijuana...
