Plaintiffs-appellants Delta Savings Bank ("Delta") and Young Il Kim ("Kim") appeal two of the district court's orders granting a motion for partial summary judgment and a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee United States. These rulings dispose of all issues and all parties. We affirm in part and reverse in part. Because we affirm the district court on grounds that dispose entirely of the case, we need not...
