PER CURIAM.

State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ("State Farm") appeals a final summary judgment in favor of InterAmerican Car Rental, Inc. ("InterAmerican"), on its claim for indemnification and for the attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending a wrongful death lawsuit. InterAmerican cross appeals the post judgment interest award. We reverse the final summary judgment.
