This appeal was taken from a decision by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City granting summary judgment in favor of appellee, Amoco Oil Company ("Amoco"), and against appellant, Gabriel Akparewa ("Akparewa"), and from the decision dismissing appellant, Vaga, Inc.
