Darin Hilgeman appeals his judgment and sentence, which followed an order denying his motion to suppress. We reverse.

Hilgeman was charged with one count of possessing cocaine1. Hilgeman moved to suppress the cocaine and a hearing was held on the motion. Deputy Ronald M.
