EHRLICH, Judge.

¶ 1 Valerie Sue Skiba appeals her conviction for aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor ("DUI"), specifically, driving a vehicle while she was impaired and while her driver's license was restricted as a result of a prior DUI offense. The trial court instructed the jury that the State needed to prove only that there was a restriction on Skiba's license when she was arrested for DUI, but Skiba insists...
