This appeal stems from a medical malpractice action in which the plaintiff, Joseph Cephas, sued two treating physicians in the same suit and the jury found negligence as to both. After the verdict was in, the trial judge entered a judgment for the entire amount of damages, jointly and severally, against both Dr. Mark Letzter, the initial treating physician, and Dr. Lucien Armand, the subsequent treating physician.
