Stiffen (hereinafter petitioner) was injured in the course of his employment with Beltrone Construction Company on May 8, 1996 when the truck that he was driving was struck by a motor vehicle owned by Charles Newman and operated by Scott Macri. Workers' compensation benefits were paid by Beltrone's workers' compensation carrier, respondent CNA Insurance Companies (hereinafter the carrier), for petitioner's lost wages from May 8...
