Judgment unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting her of three counts of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree (Penal Law § 175.35). Defendant was sentenced to a term of probation of five years and ordered to make restitution to the Monroe County Department of Social Services (DSS) in the amount of $19,503.80, including a 5% surcharge.
