Rose L. Barile (decedent) died as a result of injuries she sustained when her vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by defendant Jerry C. Carroll. At the time of the accident, decedent was a learner-driver being supervised by her son, defendant Michael S. Barile (Barile). Decedent was traveling southbound on Ward Road in the Town of Wheatfield when she failed to stop for a red light, entered into the intersection...
