In this juvenile delinquency proceeding, J.S. was charged with the offense of terrorizing, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:40.1. After an adjudication hearing, the court adjudicated J.S. a delinquent. The court immediately held a disposition hearing, sentenced J.S. to two years in the custody of the Department of Corrections, suspended the sentence, and placed J.S. on two years probation.
