This is an appeal from a special appearance asserted by appellees in response to breach of contract and fraud claims by appellant. The court sustained the special appearance. The parties' dispute centers on the operating rights to a theater in Mexico. The primary questions we address are (1) whether a contract concerning the theater was formed which supported jurisdiction in Texas, and (2) whether appellees made misrepresentations...
