In this proceeding from the dissolution of a twenty-six-year marriage, Michael B. Burke (husband) raises the issue whether the trial court erred in affirming the magistrate's determination that the parties' separation agreement divested the court of jurisdiction to consider his motion to modify maintenance payable to Brigitte Burke (wife).
