Defendant, Nicholas R. Boyd, appeals the trial court's order denying his Crim. P. 35(c) motion for postconviction relief. We affirm.

Defendant pled guilty to one count of aggravated robbery with a simulated weapon and one count of theft between $400 and $15,000.
