Childers (Marvin), a retired member of the United States Army, seeks to impose a constructive trust upon survivor benefits received by Helen I. Childers (Helen), Marvin's surviving spouse. From a final decree granting summary judgment in favor of Helen, we awarded Bobbie this appeal.
