Sandra Priest and Kevin Landon were involved in an automobile collision when Landon drove his vehicle out of his residential driveway onto the street upon which Priest was traveling. Priest sued, alleging that Landon had negligently caused the accident, but a jury returned a verdict in favor of Landon. Priest appeals, arguing that the district court erred in precluding Priest from presenting the testimony of an accident reconstruction expert as a sanction...
