Parker seeking repayment of a portion of a bonus advanced to Parker when employed as Crider's president upon counts averring indebtedness arising out of money had and received unjust enrichment. The complaint also alleged that Parker breached a fiduciary duty owed Crider by assisting the company's vice president...
