SULT, Judge.

¶ 1 Defendant Christopher Lee Cecil appeals his first-degree murder conviction. His only argument on appeal is that the definition of "premeditation" found in Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-1101(1) (2000) is unconstitutionally vague because it fails to adequately distinguish first-degree murder from second-degree murder and thus allows for arbitrary and discriminatory application...
