Appellant, Dewayne A. Booze,1 was convicted at a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. He was also convicted of solicitation for prostitution, malicious destruction of property, simple possession of cocaine, and two counts of first degree assault.
