¶ 1 In this statutory special action, petitioner/employee Dennis Brown contends that the administrative law judge's (ALJ) award eliminating a previously awarded medication, Zocor, from Brown's supportive care benefits violates preclusion or estoppel principles or was unsupported by the evidence.
