Defendant, Darrell D. Furton (Furton), appeals a judgment entered on jury verdicts against him and in favor of plaintiff, Ovation Plumbing, Inc. (Ovation), on Ovation's claims for misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition. Judgments on other claims were also entered in favor of Ovation, but those judgments are not at issue here. Ovation cross-appeals the trial court's order denying its motion for injunctive relief.
