Donald E. Brunken requested a recalculation upward of his retirement pension, which the board of trustees of the City of Omaha Police and Fire Retirement System denied. In an order filed December 7, 1999, the district court for Douglas County vacated and set aside the board of trustees' decision and ordered the recalculation upward. The board of trustees appeals.
