PER CURIAM.

In lower court case no. 96-41679C, a jury found defendant guilty of one count of burglary with a firearm and two counts of robbery using a deadly weapon. Defendant was sentenced to a term of 13 years with a 3 year minimum mandatory sentence under the 1995 sentencing guidelines. The state concedes that pursuant to Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000), the defendant received an illegal sentence. Accordingly...
