¶ 1. This appeal arises from the Circuit Court of Lamar County where Norman Wilks was tried and found guilty of the sale or transfer of cocaine. Wilks was sentenced as a habitual offender to a term of thirty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
