This matter comes before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment. The Plaintiff Robert Corley alleged that he and his mother Vera Corley, deceased, were victims of racketeering in violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961-68.
