On May 27, 1999, Bartholomes Robichaux1 was indicted for the aggravated rape and attempted second-degree murder of J. F.2 He was arraigned and pled not guilty on June 1, 1999. On January 4, 2000 a twelve-member jury found him guilty of attempted second degree murder but acquitted him of the rape charge. The court sentenced him on January 14, 2000 to thirty-five...
