Eleine P. Hampshire brought suit against Jackie D. Powell (Powell) alleging that while acting as the attorney in fact for Fae Powell (the decedent), Powell had changed the names on certificates of deposit (CD's) totaling $629,964.67 which had been in the sole name of the decedent and placed them in the decedent's name and either in joint ownership or payable on death (POD) with various nieces and nephews, thus changing the persons...
